1. Return Conditions

  • The return period is 14 days from the date the product is received.

  • Products to be returned must be in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and in a resalable condition.

  • Returns are not accepted for cosmetic and personal care products if the packaging has been opened, the product has been used, or it has been damaged due to hygiene reasons.

  • Returns are allowed for campaign, discounted, or promotional products; however, shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Returns and refunds are not provided in the following cases:

  • Hair serum and hair vitamin products that have been opened or used

  • Products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons

  • Returns exceeding 14 days from the delivery date

  • Products damaged due to user error

3. How Does the Return Process Work?

  3. After approval, please send the product to the specified address.

4. Refund Conditions

  • For products with approved returns, the refund will be made using the original payment method.

  • Depending on the bank or payment provider, it may take 7–14 business days for the amount to be reflected in your account.

  • Shipping fees are not included in the refund unless the product is defective.

  • Wrong product

If it has reached you as damaged, missing, or the wrong product, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. In such cases, the shipping cost will be covered by our company.
